We normally extract DNA using QIAGEN kits. The DNeasy kits that we have are either for individual tubes and spin columns or in the 96-well plate format. There are slightly different protocols for manual extraction for various tissue types.
Once you have extracted the DNA, the next step is the PCR Procedure.
